We routinely work closely with lending professionals so that you may allow your client to obtain a loan from you in their desired amount. In most cases, when your clients possess various debts and/or judgments, it will have a direct impact on their ability to borrow. We take your client's debt and negotiate a reduction or workout amount that will allow you to now immediately lend to your client.
What we do can be simply amazing, at times. These days, it is quite common for clientele to borrow from their equity to pay-off various high cost and interest items and guaranteed (unsecured or secured) debts. Further, it is becoming quite common for business owners, who are usually homeowners, to have several judgments attached to their real property. Money is now tougher to come by, and loans are harder to qualify for.
When you tell your clients that not only may you be able to fund their loan, but at the same time reduce their debt owed, your may have just made yourself a lifelong dedicated client! From experience, expect referrals from that client!
For general clientele services, we have a minimum debt-qualifying requirement of $15,000 per debt, which will usually be surpassed by most of your clientele. However, for refinancing and lending purposes, we may be able to assist your client with debt generally considered to be below our normal required threshold, as a special assistance to all lending professionals.
We recommend, but do not require, that you first contact us directly. This will allow us to quickly assess the case without raising your client’s hopes should we not be of assistance with your matter. Alternatively, or subsequently, you may have your clients contact us, so that we may issue a free consultation to assist and further the needs of you and your clients. We do not lend or compete for your clientele. We help you help them, so that you may close your loans.
Remember, if we are not successful, there is no cost to your client. When we are successful (and we usually are), your client will have guaranteed savings, will have obtained their desired loan, will tell others that you could do what other lenders could not, and you will profit from closing that loan!
