All necessary parties are issued a specific meeting time, a call-in phone number and a conference password. Our process is secure and private to the parties.
Quick Debt Mediation™ allows both the creditor and debtor to resolve the debt or judgment rapidly, which avoids undue delay and costs to both parties. Upon agreement between the parties, a mutually agreed settlement agreement is created and signed by the parties. Thus, the parties have the desired resolution without the drawn-out time, expenses and agony of almost all debt situations.
